It is unlikely (hence downgrading to low) that a user will add the exact same meeting but with different casing. It is unlikely because the user will need to retype the entire add command with the meeting name but with different casing.

Moreover, the user can easily delete the duplicate meeting if they added it incorrectly.

Reason for disagreement: I think it is not that uncommon. For example, the user have a long list of meetings and then he forgot that he keyed in "CS2040" thus he adds another meeting with "cs2040".
