Describe the bug after exporting from HD6 the JSON File doesn't properly have the value of "familiarity" and "proficiency" set in the "Skills" table.
To Reproduce Open the attached character in HD6 Using v 3 of the JSON export file as the format export the character.
Expected behavior JSON Properties are correctly tagged encoded.

Additional context "Perception" is not included in the HDC file of the exported character but it appears correctly in the JSON export.
