When whizbang jr is selected, display shut config data on conf tab (battery Ahr, % eff etc)

Started work with Build 20231020, but must investgate register address for Battery Efficiency data....to be continued

Just noticed Battery Capacity under config is showing temperature corrected value. This must be changed to configured, as with Eff, the reg value must be found.
