The ruby project released ruby 2.2.3. In these commits I upgraded the ruby2.SlackBuild from version 2.2.2 and bumped the build number to 3.

Bumped ruby2 to ruby version 2.2.3 - 15d6aac08f9769cc72de41a0630621539d42f8e6
Bumped ruby2.SlackBuild to build number 3 - 9e1c8f52289b94a13b97b9d7e15d42cdfa0d7ef9

I will leave this ticket open until the update at SBo is applied, there may be further issues.
