Replace update system #53

While the current update system works OK for most I would prefer something with less output, and easier to read.

Also I guess the current one doesn't work on Windows anymore, that's not great.

Fairly sure this was fixed on Windows. It wanted hemtt.exe on Windows instead of just hemtt.
