game version is 1.12.4 mod version is 1.09.1

It seems that BDAExtended requires BDArmoryPlus (aka BDAForRunwayProject), not BDAContinued or BDAMultiplayer.

I just updated the CKAN metadata to reflect that. If this requirement changes in the future please submit a PR to the CKAN metadata or file an issue there and we can update it again. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/blob/master/NetKAN/BDArmoryExtended.netkan
