The following patches fix the current issues with the RCS shader. You don't have the current dev merged in, so I've made a diff with and without dev being merged (and conflicts resolved). The changes are:

dictionaries are keyed by the unique instance IDs of the various materials on the parts, which avoids any issues with their order getting changed.part.GetComponentsInChildren<Renderer>()
are restricted to those only on the part, not on child parts (could possibly be optimised a bit more).defaultShader
) are modified by the RCS snapshot process.
