Updated version Chinese UI localization #608

A more complete localization of UI, should make less English left in BDA+.

One strange thing is that the label in parts' engage option, I've set "#LOC_BDArmory_EngageAir = 交战空中", however it still shows "对空" in game. 屏幕截图 2024-01-28 010732

edit: I see, it's from another localization patch that with higher priority, so mine is overridden. So no problem for this.
