-Tweaks to the CourseBuilder; ability to insert gates, camera changes. -Tweaks to NukeFX lightFX. -GLOC AI fix so AIs no longer do perma-stun death spirals and instead go dead stick. -RWP S6R5 thrust-scaled gun recoil mode. -Add ability to set if radar should shut off for incoming HARMs. -Add user-customizable max Waypoint Laps. -Add user-customizable Vengeance Mutator yield and delay. -WP telemetry now displays time to hundredths of a second. -Fix kinetic damage to unarmored parts receiving a armor damage reduction. -Fix AutoTune infinite fuel implementation not working for Firespitter helicopter engines. -Fix NRE when AI trying to fire a Modular Missile. -[BDAPersistantSettingField] changed to [BDAPersistantSettingField(RWPFilter = foo)] to permit per-setting filtering of RWPsettings' storing/resetting of BDA settings on KSP load instead of hardcoded blacklist. -Add offset weapon alignment support so AI can now correctly use Schrage Muzik-esque canted guns/B-wing-esque heavily offset guns where guns are not on/aligned with vessel centerline.
