Incomplete dark theme on page to apply for GitHub Edu pack #12

Describe the bug When you go to the page to apply for a GitHub Education pack, there are some elements dark and some still unmodified. Also the text is hard to read in the pink bubble.

Expected behavior Text is clearly readable, and the theme applies to the entire page.
