Describe the bug: The pull request bar appears to be off its intended position:
Expected behavior: It's intended to appear in its normal position in the panel that also contains "clone".
Where did this happen: Private company repo
Steps to reproduce: Upstream a branch

Additional add-ons installed: A list of extensions you are using besides Stylus. The ones recommended in the README.md
