Fixed background/border color around comment area #63

This fixes an issue where the comment areas on issues and pull requests would sometimes have a white background (or border?). First image is what it used to look like, second is what it looks like now. Screen Shot 2020-10-26 at 10 27 47 AM

This PR also now fixes the merge conflict box's arrow; the first image is how it used to look and the second image is how it looks like now. Screen Shot 2020-10-26 at 11 08 53 AM
