First serious PR to sync to master. This version is a cleaned up version of the raw stuff we got from Adrie. It compiles and plays nice with Jenkins, but we haven't got building installers working yet and also we have problems with the executables themselves. Also currently we are building executables with debug code and no release ready versions yet.
A lot still needs to be done but this is a start. Far enough to sync it back to master since we already did a lot of work so far and it compiles.
Hopefully the next sync will be a fully working release ready for primetime!
