There will definitely be more commits for fixing the Mac builds. Am playing around with them in Brewken, and will merge something across to Brewtarget once there is substantive progress.

Meanwhile, here's some improved logging for https://github.com/Brewtarget/brewtarget/issues/669

We're OK to merge. The next step is to get feedback from someone who has a Mac!
