This sounds like a good enhancement. If you happen to have (or come across) any references to the relevant calculations, do add them to this issue. (I expect I can find them, but it never hurts to be pointed in the right direction!)
Sure, here is what I had come across. I brew using a Grainfather. I've also been using Beersmith, which does account for additional hop additions, but find it very poor to use overall, so I've returned to using Brewtarget.

I was surprised with the first beer I brewed and steeped hops after the flame out. It was much more bitter than I expected and from that I learned that bitterness is added for hops added at flame out and hops that are steeped after flameout.
I frequently steep hops after flame out for 20 minutes, waiting for the temperature to drop to a good steeping value so that it focus on adding flavour.
There are calculations for this, it would be great to have Brewtarget support it.
