Should the FuelFacilityX also be a source? It may be redundant to connect a fuelfacilityx to a source upstream.

It's possible the FuelFab could have either built in common recipes or take recipes as an input. Therefore making it a source in special cases.

Or since this is mostly tailored to LWRs it could have a specific flag indicating that and function just like an enrichment plant.
