Elevator jump and Wallclimb fix #49

Can you guys just checkout this branch and confirm that it works before I merge it? The way the wallclimbing is fixed it looks like it could potentially cause other issues

I also fixed an issue with the run animation playing if you're falling straight down, that was part of the elevator thing.

Besides problem pointed out (footstep sound playing when stationary in elevator), I do not see any other issues.
