Elevator visual issues #76

The elevator needs to not be marked as static so that when it doesnt get lightmaps calculated (because it's going to move). But currently at least some parts of it are labelled as static.

@Voodoodrood Would it be possible to add some orange lines / stripes or something to the walls of elevator to make it a bit more exciting, it is rather dull looking just at white on the way down.
