Solid resume Brian.

I am optimistic about how many projects you have, I think that'll make you more attractive to employers. If you can carve out some room, maybe say one sentence about what concepts you learned in each project. The overall theme here is establishing your track record of being able to learn what you need to learn. I'd also consider putting a github link to each project in the resume, even if you didn't develop them with git initially.

Just because some of them don't work right now is of no concern to me - you have more important things to do than what you'd learn by keeping a screen scraper for a student project working.

You can go ahead and list Neighbor Rater as 'in progress', too.

Education

Go ahead and list LaunchCode classes above your other education. Include a 1-sentenace description of the classes, assuming people don't know. You can list Liftoff!

Misc

You may also include any other resources you have used while learning to program MOOCs (like Udemy), CS College Courses (at STLCC, UMSL, etc), Technical Books (Pragmatic Programmer, Eloquent JavaScript, etc).

These are suggestions only. I consider your coursework on your resume good enough to merit a '1' as-is.
