An emergency exit sign was installed in the discbot scan room. This sign is lit up independent of any other controls in a room that is intended to be a controlled lighting environment.
Currently the sign backlights have been blocked, but the sign needs disabling/removing.
The consequences of messing with stuff in the scan room without consulting the project team vary from annoying to downright dangerous. This needs to not happen again.
