Error when trying to download a PHP dependancy #11

When I'm trying to install this on my personal pc, I got an error when it is trying to download the unixODBC-2.3.2.tar.gz from http://www.unixodbc.org as the site was down. Better if you can change the code to download them from http://sourceforge.net/projects/unixodbc/ instead.
