Clarify if all of XCode is needed or just the command line tools

Is it really necessary to install all of XCode or just the CLI tools? If just the CLI, that's a pretty big savings in disk space :)

I need to test this again, but previously you needed both for homebrew to work

I can confirm xcode isn't required if you are using 10.9+ Readme will be updated tomorrow.
