Add --with-pear to php builds #53

While there may be only a few of us using Pear, it would be nice to have if there are no conflicts.

I personally use some Pear classes in some of my non Drupal code and it would be nice to have. I've had to recompile to include it.

Are there conflicts with adding it?

hey mate, none that I'm personally aware of, if you test and let me know I'll be happy to add it.
