Is there a way to upgrade Barracuda/Octopus without breaking anything?

This installer uses neither Octopus or Barracuda, it is just Aegir under nginx on OSX (which may use some similar configurations to Barracuda, but is otherwise quite different).

We use Barracuda on our servers and have found using this on our Mac's to be free of problems.

It may be possible to run updates in the future but I have not had the time to try this yet.
