Use the framework of the Stats notebook and eventually merge the two.

Or leave them separate but design them to be complimentary: the Stats Notebook being what you personally use privately when working and the website as what's public facing and fully polished.

In essence, taking after the BYU-I learning model: stats notebook is for organizing my notes; GitHub.io is for teaching others what I've learned; GitHub (my portfolio) is for pondering & proving what I have learned.
