Some facebook js links open in safari #24

Also, currently doesn’t link into the app for profiles (e.g. "https://www.facebook.com/BrianHenryIE") because it doesn’t have the id, and the app scheme doesn’t accept names

Returning nil for now, but an async graph call in v3 (once we have a user token)
