Fallout 76 fails to stream after welcome screen #135

Hello, great project. Thanks for this.

My first use case for this was to stream Fallout 76 from the MSFT store to my steam client. Was able to enable streaming, turn off steam overlay, and can get so far as to see the Welcome message, and it gets stuck.
Fallout76_Hookstuck2 Need to use steam ESC to get keyboard / mouse back but that UI is blanked out. Music comes through. Fallout76_Hookstuck On the host side, the game is running no issue.

Running latest build 2.14.0.0

Attached log on debug, then trace. application_001.log

Host: 6700K; 3060Ti

Both devices running latest steam build for stream.

This happens with Minecraft for Windows as well. Not sure what's going on...
