Hello I am attempting to add Starfield (Xbox/PC Game Pass) to steam using UWP.

Starfield is not listed in the list.

Below is an output of the shortcut that windows made for the desktop.

You should be able to manually add Starfield as a game on steam because you have the shortcut. Refer to https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam/comments/a1j5m7/add_microsoft_store_apps_to_steam_tutorial/ for a tutorial, skipping from step 8 to 13.
