Fixes #5

This PR provides a minimal S7 system with some classes for ABC and MESA. If this gets pulled into main, we should follow up with creating issues for Brian and Simar to populate code inside the MESA and ABC classes.

Note that there are TODO items in the code, but those TODOs are not required for this PR to be merged.
