Create background.md #1

We need some background to this project which was hidden in the issues of replpad-js, which was also a tutorial to running the demo

Thanks @gchiu However, the demo steps need to be revised a bit for the latest version. I have plans to re-write them and incorporate it into the official documentation that will be located at /doc
