We currently have Eric Knobbes stores set to a discount price for control brand products. When he transfers the stores to a new owner we have to automatically remove his name off the account by going into 'Customers', Enter customer # (ex. 6050), go to 'Contacts' and under 'Contact 1:' delete his name and save the account. This keeps the new owner of the store from receiving the discount. My question is, when we switch to automation, will this be automatically adjusted on our end? The price only changes if we manually adjust the lot number when editing Eric's orders. When item 5021018 launched, the discount price for 10k did not automatically adjust when it came through even though his name are on the accounts, we have to manually change the price before invoicing, so is this something we have to adjust on the item itself when automation comes through?
