Fake block create event makes Deadbolt angry #4

Since servers might want to run these together wile migrating, it's an issue. I've tried using a fake block break event, but they keep getting cancelled by NoCheatPlus. Perhaps it's easier to sacrifice NoCheatPlus for most servers?

4b58a89e4a0b8d82e0bb0ac7e59dc33c0afbc019 addresses this, but at some cost to NoCheatPlus.
