Make all commands hybrid/application commands

Since they can provide optional arguments, I may as well think about porting to only slash commands? But at first I'll try to do everything with hybrid commands, just to stay backwards compatible.

All command files that need editing:

Scratch that, I'm going to write it for just slash commands. autoscan will be preserved however.
