Bump SQLAlchemy to 2.0, using rdflib-sqlalchemy fork #109

It's merged, but the release process isn't quite working yet (PyPi doesn't allow me to depend on git repos). I'm figuring out how to handle the packaging of the rdflib-sqlalchemy fork, ideally without having to publish it as an independent package. This will take a little longer, sorry!
