Rock Shows More Opens then SendGrid #2

We are running into an issue where Rock is consistently showing more opening interactions than Sendgrid(2-3x more). I've investigated potential issues to see if it was an issue with multiple people with the same email address, a person with multiple person aliases, etc. I have not been able to figure out the problem. Have you noticed this? Do you have any suggestions?
