in order to check access grant permission for Android less than 13, change the current application folder which inside the Download foder to real application folder, and round of testing after all these changes,

[ ] check the code if it's working for checking access, granting permission for Android less than 13(Permissions like reading , writing and recording )[ ET 3]
[ ] need to change the current application directory(which is inside Download folder) to original Application directory[ ET 2]
[ ] test the app with all these changes [ET 4]
[ ] code review
[ ] fixing the issues
[ ] QA testing
