Navigation to verses should be possible on selecting a verse

Book ,chapter. verse selector: -It would be nice if the tab headings are named as Book,Chapter and Verse instead of Select which may not be clear to the user. (minor) image

-The verse selector does not always navigate to display the selected verses and the verses following it. TBD @samuelanthrayose (would confirm after checking with the rest of the team)

Linking the above issue as it was raised during 1.3.0 testing for Verse Level Navigation for Reading plan

As of now selecting the verse selector would navigate to a passage where the verse is also available.
