Malayalam Bible story names contains only story index #226

1.For some stories in malayalam (numbers 14,16,18,19) story name box contains only index of the story. bible_story_name 2.For urdu stories, not able to see the story indexes from the dropdown. urdu_bible_story_index _missing

Testing completed and the issue with the story name box is fixed. As discussed moving this issue to done.
