ISL feature for vachan go

• Add it in place of settings icon
• Remove settings icon
• Show like videos in list with test list and on clicking it show video as current workflow
• if not available show the videos for full bible like we do for videos

Testing is done and verified the ISL feature is added and working as expected. Thus moving this issue to done.
