A trial PR in this repo, before sending one to the official testsuite in committee's repo, to review the USJ samples within the working group.

Adds a new file origin-usj.json along with origin.usfm and origin.xml(some folders have origin.usx and origin.sfm too)
Generating USJ only for positive test samples and not for those with "fail" marked in metadata.
Some samples(30+), where usfm-grammar sees issues in testsuite, have been skipped
Keeping version as "0.0.1-alpha.2"

Updated

Removed the empty content:[] from v, c, b, ca and va objects
Fixed the issue noticed where usfm(version) object's content was not being included in JSON output
