Run-test needed in production #853

While separating Docker Compose into two files for staging and production, the test run configuration for the production environment was omitted. Ensuring tests run in production is essential for verifying the deployment's integrity.

Not required now as all services have been moved to micro services and only 1 app running test is there in the tests folder
