Autodeployment in Staging and Production #860

Upon PR merge autodeployment has to be performed in staging server
Upon code release autodeployment has to be performed in production server.
Changes in gitlab workflows are required based on the new deployment.

NOTE :

user in staging now is vachanstaging
proposed username in production is vachanproduction
