Tidying up of the scripts folder #27

Can you rename whichever the most appropriate DESeq file of the two that are left to just DESeq? It might be worthwhile going through and deleting old, potentially confusing extra files, like the GSEA ones. As we start making up scripts for the Cushing's its going to be a lot nicer if its all organized.

I removed the old deseq script in the script folder and some old deseq results in the processed folder. The GSEA results look fine.
