This is to test both globally, and for our significantly differentially expressed genes what we can support using the methylation data.

I see your script and ran it here, then pushed it back to the repo. Can you annotate the text part a little bit more explaining what you think the conclusions are (ie significantly less likely do be differentially methylated)
