They saw upregulation, we see downregulation

Check TF activity from GSEA and levels by barplot and think about putting into the results/discussion

FOS is downregulated, fold change is 0.196338468, q-age=0.011664068. No stats for FOSB. JUN is downregulated fold change is 0.379619591, q-age=0.013204632 JUNB is downregulated fold change is 0.334653136, q-age=0.037657139 JUND is unchanged

Together, Jun and Fos form AP1. Targets of AP1 are downregulated quite a bit based on GSEA.

AP1 is regulated by ERK1 (MAPK3) and ERK3 (MAPK1). MAPK3 is slightly reduced in expression. 15% reduced, p=0.081. MAPK1 is unchanged.
