Switch Cushing Analysis to Obese vs Non-Obese #36

Please run a separate set of DESeq analyses an GSEA runs with the following groupings, testing for the effects of the disease

Acromegaly -> in Normal and Overweight/Obese Patients Cushing -> in Obese and Not Obese Patients

I separated the Cushing's data into two groups: obese and non obese and tested the effect of Cushing's on these two groups. The results were pushed to github. GSEA has not been run yet.

A new analysis of Cushing's adjust for BMI together with GSEA results were pushed to github. Instead of separating the data, I created a new variable that group the BMI and Group together so that we can look at the effect of Cushing's in Obese and not Obese patients. This way we look at all the patients at once, i.e. the sample size is bigger.
