Reformat Barplots #38

Can you generate barplots which show obese/non-obese (cushings) and old/young (acromegaly) separated. I think it would be best to have two sets of bars with the colors indicating the disease and the x-axis indicating the grouping. Lets keep the old plots too, so it might be easier to add it to the barplots scripts, so that we can remake the same plots without having to re-assign the gene names.

Yes, I was about to work on this.

I made bar plots stratified by Age in Acromegaly for all the old genes that we had in the scripts. In addition, I produced bar plots for genes that are significantly changed in young and old patients.

Similarly, bar plots for Cushing's patients stratified by their BMI status were also produced. However, I did not produced figures for Non-obese patients because there are more than 1000 genes. So, why don't you take a look at that list and select sets of genes that you want to make graphs.

BTW, these graphs are in Figures/Acro_Age/ and Figures/Cushing_BMI

I think you may have the labels wrong for one of the cushings datasets. Look at Cushing-BMI-KLF5-barplot.pdf and Cushing-KLF5-barplot.pdf, one of those is probably incorrect

Ok! The old graphs were not labelled correctly. I'll fix them and push again. But I don't recall making those graphs.

The label issue for the old Cushing bar plots has been fixed. Could you and Innocence take a look to see if these graphs (plus the ones adjusted for BMI) make more sense then the old ones?

Can you fix this script to show over 60/under 60 instead of 40-60 and 60-100
