Run PCA Analysis #48

Do PCA analysis for non-age adjusted DESeq script.

The PCA for the old analysis does not look different from the age adjusted analysis. This may not help in explaining your point about more GSEA groups to the reviewer.

Does the PCA just look at the raw values, or the age adjusted values? The graphs are perfectly superimposable

Maybe we should do PCA on the genes, not the samples.
