That looks great!
I did a little more tidying up (making pretty tables and moved around the figures), and converted it from pdf format to html format so it shows up nicer on this web interface. To see it you can go to https://github.com/BridgesLab/DrosophilaMuscleFunction/blob/master/CellCulture/differentiation-qpcr-analysis.md. I also did corrections for multiple hypotheses for the Feb 28 experiment, by FDR (Benjamini and Hochberg), and everything for that experiment is still q<0.05.
Make sure you merge your branch in with master (I can show you how on Monday) to pull in all my changes.

Create a script which analyses the Rapamycin effects on C2C12 differentiation and generates the bar graph used in Figure 1C. This should include a summary of the statistical tests used.
