Bridges call API #120

Need to fix the Java version so that the BRIDGES initialization is independent of generic parameters, similar to the C++ version, which is much cleaner and less confusing.

PS: This was listed against the C++ version of bridges in https://github.com/krs-world/bridges-cxx/issues/50 But this is clearly a java issue. Not sure if it is still relevant.
